And something very different is on its way!!
In preparation are three volumes, written by Crispian Villeneuve, devoted to the life and work of Kathleen Schlesinger (1862 - !953), a musician and musicologist who was, in her time, a supreme expert in the instruments and scales of ancient music.
Her work included, and often centred on, some fascinating esoteric aspects and she worked closely with other like-minded musicians and with Rudolf Steiner.
The three volumes are due out within the next few months, and it is hoped that Volumes 1 and 2 will be published very soon.
Volume 1: The Meeting with Rudolf Steiner.
Her early life and background and how she met and began to work with Rudolf Steiner.
Volume 2: With Rudolf Steiner in Britain.
The period following the time of Volume 1.
Volume 3: The Planetary Harmonies.
Translation of the seminal lecture given during the Summer School at Penmaenmawr on 29th August 1923.
