The music for Planet Dance was composed in 2010 following a commission by the Eurythmy Association of Great Britain and Ireland in preparation for its 2011 performance tour of Cosmic Verses by Rudolf Steiner, in celebration of the 150th Anniversary of his birth. The verses were written and first performed in 1915.
